Sales Manager – PHirst Park Homes (VISMIN: Bacolod / Iloilo / Davao)

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our field sales teams across Visayas and Mindanao.

This is a field-based, in-house role. This is NOT a project-based or international assignment.

Where you'll be selling:

You will lead a field-based sales team focused on PHirst Park Homes communities in:

- Bacolod, Negros Occidental – PHirst Park Homes Bacolod

- Iloilo City, Iloilo – PHirst Park Homes Iloilo

- Davao City, Davao del Sur – PHirst Park Homes Davao

We need someone who knows the Visayas and Mindanao markets — their roads, their barangays, and their buyers. Local familiarity is a strong advantage.
