Job Purpose

Managing a team of professional sales representatives servicing Specialists, Hospitals, General Practitioners and Pharmacies. Achieving divisional targets and operational expectations.

Required Learning Appropriate tertiary qualification (Medical related qualification will be an advantage) Proficient in Excel, Word & Power Point and data analysis. Previous Sales Management as well as Hospital/Specialist experience will be an advantage. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Medical Sales Representative in Specialist and GP markets. Strong technical skills product and disease knowledge. A valid driver's license. Key Job Outputs Manage a team of professional sales representatives to achieve regional and divisional targets.
