Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective dealer and supplier management, sales forecasting, strategic planning, and leadership of the sales team. This role requires strong experience in construction-related distribution and the ability to manage both people and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Management
- Develop, manage, and expand the dealer network nationwide
- Set sales targets, incentives, and performance metrics
- Conduct regular dealer performance reviews and resolve channel issues
Supplier Management
- Act as primary commercial liaison with suppliers and principals
- Coordinate pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and reporting
- Align supplier strategies with local market conditions
Sales Forecasting
