Job Description

A. Channel Partner Development

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners and real estate consultants.
  • Relationship Management with Channel partners.
  • Focused on driving business from the Central Mumbai market.

B. Lead Generation & Lead Sourcing

  • Generate BPCL qualified leads and site visits through channel partners.
  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of potential buyers and investors.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Closing team for maximum conversion.

C. Broker Engagement

  • Conduct broker meets, networking events, and project presentations.
  • Keep channel partners updated about inventory, pricing, offers, and project highlights.
  • Ensure partners actively promote the project in the market.
