The Opportunity

Our client has earned, and enjoys, a massive global footprint and are looking to offer an experienced senior management professional, with residential HVAC sales experience, the opportunity to be a part of their strong and diverse business development team.

Position Description

  • Provide operational leadership to the residential HVAC business division. This entails contract negotiation, pricing considerations, evaluating prospective talent, running meetings, and putting into place quality initiatives brought forth by senior management

  • Analyzing residential HVAC business opportunities towards the organization’s present and future business goals

  • Take ownership over budgeting exercises across multiple departments and functions
