SALES AND REVENUE GENERATION 
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize catering revenue. 
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts. 
Maintain relationships with existing clients and foster repeat business. 
Participate in the negotiation and execution of contracts and agreements with clients. 
Meet or exceed catering revenue targets and financial objectives. 
EVENT PLANNING AND EXECUTION 
Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preference. 
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including menu selection, event setup, and logistics. 
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients to manage expectations. 
Oversee the execution of events to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
