Sales Manager

Strategy

• Business strategy development and implementation in collaboration with SEA Construction (CON) and Refractory (REF) Business Manager (Concrete, Fiber cement, Gypsum and Refractory)

Sales & Marketing

• Develops Strategy to meet both volumes sales and maximise margin.
• Implement marketing strategies to be in line with SEA CON & REF KPI.
• To support with marketing initiatives and technical know-how to both direct customers and distributors.
• To build strong relationship with customers & distributors in order to evangelize companies as the preferred supplier and to uphold its strong branding.

Supply Chain

• Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure smooth supply at reasonable logistics cost to customers.
• Provide as accurate sales forecast as possible through DMP software.
