Responsibilities

Sales Recruitment:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for the sales team, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Build a high-performing sales organization aligned with company revenue goals.

Technical Setup of Sales Systems:

• Demonstrate proficiency in setting up and managing sales systems, including CRM, Calendly, and Zapier.
• Optimize workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices for sales technology and recommend process improvements.

Team Management:

• Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and performance support.
• Develop and implement training programs to elevate team capabilities and foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor individual and team performance, implementing strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
