Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base in the futures trading industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive client acquisition, deposits, and trading volume

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Introducing Brokers (IB), and partners

- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve results

- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies

- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation

- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements (Bappebti, etc.)

Requirements:
