About the Role

Join our team at MicroEngine Technology Sdn Bhd, a leader in security solutions, as a Sales Manager in our Sales Department. You'll drive sales strategies for Malaysia's standard security products, including Access Control Systems, Alarm Monitoring, CCTV, and Guard Tour Systems. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll lead a team of executives to achieve business objectives in a dynamic, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify potential customers, competitors, and develop reseller networks in Malaysia.
• Oversee daily operations, team training, and performance.
• Provide leadership to inspire innovation and long-term viability.
