Sales Manager

Sales Manager drives showroom profitability by leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve unit and gross profit goals. They are responsible for structuring deals, managing inventory, developing marketing strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSI), and ensuring compliance with dealership policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales staff; conduct daily meetings to set objectives, review performance metrics, and boost morale.
• Sales Execution & Dealership Performance: Set, monitor, and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas (units and gross profit).
• Customer & Deal Management: Desk deals (finalize pricing/financing), approve trade-ins, handle customer complaints, and ensure a premium buying experience.
