Sales Manager

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Develop new markets and identify business opportunities in the transportation industry.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders (government agencies, contractors, operators).
Lead proposal development: Coordinate technical and project teams to prepare winning bids.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles from negotiation to contract closure.
Achieve sales targets for products/services in communications, signaling, or power systems.
Represent the company at industry events and technical forums.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in railway/infrastructure/communications sectors.
Proven ability to cultivate relationships: Extroverted personality with strong networking skills.
Technical familiarity with at least one domain: Communications; Signaling; Power & Electrification.
