Provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team culture.
Goal Setting & Development Planning
Set clear goals, KPIs, and development paths for team members.
Create personalized growth plans for career progression.
Track performance and implement skill and productivity improvement strategies.
Operational Excellence
