Job Description
Radix HR is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition across the construction, engineering, design-build, and fit-out sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Identify and secure new clients in private and government sectors
Build strong client relationships and manage the full sales cycle
Lead proposal preparation and contract negotiations
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports
Collaborate with Estimating, QS, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
5–7 years of Sales/Business Development experience in construction or related industries
Proven success closing multimillion-peso projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, bidding, and costing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills
