Sales Manager

Radix HR is seeking a results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead business development and client acquisition across the construction, engineering, design-build, and fit-out sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Identify and secure new clients in private and government sectors
• Build strong client relationships and manage the full sales cycle
• Lead proposal preparation and contract negotiations
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports
• Collaborate with Estimating, QS, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5–7 years of Sales/Business Development experience in construction or related industries
