Responsibilities
 :Understand client marketing objectives and turn them into effective, creative solutions.
Lead hiring, performance management, budgeting, and sales strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the market.
Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and respond quickly to opportunities.
Coach and mentor the Sales team to exceed revenue growth targets.
Champion sales policies, practices, reporting systems, and meeting structures.
Build new business relationships while strengthening existing local accounts.
Lead weekly sales meetings and contribute actively to management and promotional discussions.
What We’re Looking For:
 
Experience in a Sales Leadership role with a track record of success.
Marketing or multimedia advertising experience is an asset.
