Sales Manager

Our client is a well-established Canadian general contracting and construction management firm with decades of experience successfully executing challenging projects. Their core capabilities span the full project lifecycle, from early planning and estimation through to final construction and maintenance.

Location: Tillsonburg, ON area

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per year + commission

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a sales team of two representatives, setting their targets and managing their performance
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Ontario. This could include attending trade shows
• Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to signed contract
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project teams to prepare proposals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
