Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop the Company's sales and profit plans for Marine Products Division, including prospective goals and achievements in order to achieve the monthly, annual and mid-term sales and profit targets.
• Analyze market trends and forecasts in order to plan and implement sales and marketing policies and to make strategic plans to develop the regional markets.
• Prepare and control divisional budgets and expenditure.
• Stakeholder management and planning, and managing of relationships with key distributors and partners, and HQ office.
• Oversee the development of sales activities of distributors
• Review all divisional activity reports.
• Lead sales seminars or any other sales or after-sales related activities or events including sales campaigns, promotions and programs for distributors and end-users.
• Manage sales and pricing matters (e.g. for accessories) and oversee management of suppliers/vendors.
