Job Description
You will be the leader of the team, responsible for growing the ultrasound business in Poland by driving market share expansion, leading a high-performing **Key Account Managers** team and executing sales strategy within **matrix environment** .
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Philips’ position in the ultrasound market in Poland. Your leadership will contribute to improving access to advanced diagnostic solutions and supporting better patient outcomes, while ensuring sustainable business growth.
This role offers the opportunity to further develop your people leadership and commercial strategy skills within an international organization. You will gain exposure to **regional and European** stakeholders and have the possibility to grow within Philips.
