- Track sales representatives’ work progress and assess feasibility to identify potential issues or assist in closing sales.
- Develop and schedule monthly or annual product knowledge and sales skill training programs for the sales team.
- Train and evaluate sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with proper sales skills.
