Job Description
Job Scope:
Develop fs laser sales strategies globally, including key account strategies in respective market segments
Develop and execute sales plan to meet KPIs
Support and work together with regional, global sales channel partners, and drive for sales growth
Manage stakeholders and drive full sales cycle to meet customer requirements
Build competence to manage key accounts, sales projects to support customer success
Build strong relationships with key accounts, system integrators and sales channel partners
Regional/ global travel required
Requirement:
Above 5years B2B, B2C sales experience, preferably in laser industries
Experience in selling high tech products, laser / fs laser / laser systems, surely an added advantages
Experience in regional, global sales, surely an added advantages
Able to manage and negotiate sales contract, and build bridges for sales success
Exposure in multi-culture ...
