Position Summary

To support the sales and marketing team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, assisting promotional activities, and ensuring smooth coordination of bookings and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
• Provide accurate information regarding packages, pricing, and venue facilities.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
• Update booking records and maintain customer database.
• Assist in content creation for social media (postings, promotions, event updates).
• Support execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth event arrangements.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets set by the company.
