General Duties/Key Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships and collaborations with private institutions to enhance the organization's outreach and network.
• Organize various events such as general assemblies, fiestas, HOA elections, and school events (both public and private).
• Prepare month-end reports summarizing key activities, achievements, and challenges related to partnership, events, and operations.
• Supervise the marketing department's operations, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Monitor marketing collateral display and effectiveness in reaching target audiences.
• Address subscriber concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring proper allocation and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Handle office and device requests, including procurement, distribution, and maintenance.
