Sales & Marketing Assistant - WFH (Locked On CRM Experience Required)

Job description:

This is a WFH setup based in any office across the Philippines.

Shift: Between 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant & Social Media Support to manage database operations in Locked On, prepare listings, automate buyer matching, and oversee compliance follow-ups. If you're highly organized and tech-savvy, we'd love to hear from you

• CMA's, price researched by me, they assemble
• Database management – this is the biggest task & they need to know LOCKED ON inside out as it's a fantastic CRM that is very intuitive & can be automated on many tasks
• Preparing listings – photos, brochures, Open Homes, etc
• Buyer Match – through Locked On, automate
• Compliance Follow-Up – Pool Safety Cert; Smoke Alarm Cert; Body Corp info etc
