• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Attend to walk-in, handling all incoming calls, emails and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments for the sales and service team
• Providing general administrative support to the sales and service department as needed
• Assisting with other office duties as required
