Job Description
We are currently looking for fresh, dynamic individuals for our Sales Department (BE Residences).
Responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and logistical support of the Executive Office, ensuring the orderly and efficient management of documents, information, correspondence, and communications to uphold operational effectiveness and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder in business, communications, marketing, or related courses.
- Preferably with proven experience in residences sales or other relevant administrative support experience, but not a requirement.
- Confident and outgoing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail
- Highly adaptable
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
