Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, located in Johor Bahru or Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, coordinating sales activities, rate procurement and managing various projects with below sow -

Scope of Work

·     Prepare and issue quotation based on input from sales and operation

·     Coordinate with carrier, vendor, trucker and overseas agent for rates and schedules

·     Telemarketing

·     Follow up on quotation and support sales in close opportunities

·     Assist in monitoring shipment progress from booking to completion

·     Liaise with operation team to ensure smooth handover after order confirmation

·     Support sales team in responding to customer enquiries and follow up request
