Sales & Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager in ensuring a steady flow of patient referrals to FeldCare, contributing to the organization's growth and success. This role will assist in various aspects of marketing, sales, and client relations, working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Assist in contract acquisition:

• Support the marketing team in identifying and reaching out to potential home health agencies and hospices
• Help prepare and organize marketing materials for outreach efforts
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and communications with potential clients

2. Support client relations:
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand how to access notes through the EMR system and credentials through CliniConnects
