Sales & Marketing Director

Deliver financial & sales metrics aligned with senior management including Volume / sales / profit / cash but also numeric distribution and in store visibility objectives.

Build strategic relationships with customers and suppliers

Develop and deliver sales and marketing plans for the cluster as aligned with Head office.

Responsible for creating the Go to Market strategy for the cluster and deliver on it.

Analyze performance metrics to drive business development and improvement.

Make data-driven decisions that impact productivity and profitability.

Coordinate with various departments within the organization for seamless operation.

Lead, train and mentor the internal team as well as distributor teams towards achieving goals and objectives.
