sales & marketing executive

1) Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in hardware, building materials, tools, or related industry).
• Experience dealing with hardware stores, wholesalers, distributors, or B2B customers is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of hardware products (tools, materials, fittings, construction items) is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel regularly.

2) Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular visits to hardware stores within assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hardware retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, purchasers, and store managers.
• Promote company products, explain features, and negotiate pricing/packages.
• Monitor product movement, stock levels, and recommend replenishment orders.
• Collect market intelligence: competitor pricing, promotions, new products...
