Sales & Marketing Manager (Developer)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support the Manager in meeting sales objectives established by management.
2. Supervise the execution of sales and marketing strategies to enhance sales revenue.
3. Identify new leads and follow up with existing prospects or social media to meet designated sales goals.
4. Coordinate with legal, financial, agents and buyer regarding the execution of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation.
5. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all SPA, loan agreements, and associated documentation, maintaining proper filing for accessibility.
6. Conduct sales launches and handle inquiries from walk-in customers and various communication channels (email, phone, letter).
7. Collaborate with teams to nurture and uphold positive customer relationships.
