Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in and prospective clients at the sales office/site
Present apartment units, layouts, pricing, and payment plans with clarity and confidence
Manage client inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
Ensure a positive customer experience through professional conduct and presentation
Support the sales team in booking and closing activities
Maintain basic records of client visits and inquiries
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills; English fluency is mandatory (English required)
