Job description

We are looking for a confident, well-presented Candidates to join our apartment building project. This is a client-facing role suited for someone who is well-spoken, fluent in English, and comfortable engaging with walk-in and prospective clients in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in and prospective clients at the sales office/site
• Present apartment units, layouts, pricing, and payment plans with clarity and confidence
• Manage client inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
• Ensure a positive customer experience through professional conduct and presentation
• Support the sales team in booking and closing activities
• Maintain basic records of client visits and inquiries

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills; 
  English fluency is mandatory
