Sales & Marketing Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Marketing Plan: Develop and manage a marketing plan aligned with company capacity, revenue targets, and seasonal demand cycles.

• Market & Customer Segmentation: Conduct market research and segmentation for target verticals (seafood, meat, pharma, FMCG) and translate insights into tailored value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

• Demand Generation & Lead Management: Build multichannel lead generation programs (ABM, digital ads, SEO, events, trade shows) and nurture campaigns integrated with CRM to deliver qualified leads to Sales, with clear SLAs and conversion tracking.

• Capacity & Pricing Promotions: Partner with Operations to design promotions for off-peak capacity, price tiers, and bundled services (e.g., inventory management, cross-docking, QC/testing).
