DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing Plan:
Develop and manage a marketing plan aligned with company capacity, revenue targets, and seasonal demand cycles.
Market & Customer Segmentation:
Conduct market research and segmentation for target verticals (seafood, meat, pharma, FMCG) and translate insights into tailored value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
Demand Generation & Lead Management:
Build multichannel lead generation programs (ABM, digital ads, SEO, events, trade shows) and nurture campaigns integrated with CRM to deliver qualified leads to Sales, with clear SLAs and conversion tracking.
Capacity & Pricing Promotions:
Partner with Operations to design promotions for off-peak capacity, price tiers, and bundled services (e.g., inventory management, cross-docking, QC/testing).
