Sales & Marketing Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to lead the sales and marketing team to achieve set sales target,
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market,
• Responsible for all marketing collaterals and sales documentations,
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotes and goals,
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals,
• Manage customer's feedback and complaints,
• Gathering, investigating, summarizing market data and trends to draft reports,
• Implementing new sales plan and advertising,
