SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

This position supports both online sales and marketing activities, including customer engagement, product promotion, and basic business coordination. The attachment is designed to develop core competencies in sales execution, marketing strategy, and customer relationship management within a retail/FMCG environment.

• Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns to promote honey products across retail, online, and direct sales channels.
• Assist in creating and scheduling marketing content for social media platforms (e.g. product highlights, promotions, educational posts on honey benefits).
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, messaging platforms, and social media, and provide accurate product information to support sales conversion.
