Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any related program
Strong hosting and public speaking skills
Experienced in organizing small and large-scale events
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Knowledgeable in conducting and presenting trainings and seminars
Willing to do field work and work outside the office
With a pleasing personality and professional demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales Director to support sales initiatives
Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets
Plan, organize, and conduct trainings and seminars (PKS), both onsite and offsite
Perform field work and represent the company in external activities
Monitor and ensure all expenses stay within the approved budget
Prepare budget liquidation reports before submitting receipts to the Admin Assistant
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports
