Sales Officer

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

· Identifies current and future customer service requirements

· Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information.

· Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers.

· Conduct client site visits and assessments for project feasibility

· Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and system designs with support from the renewable team

· Collaborate with clients to understand technical needs and propose appropriate solutions

· Present and explain solar technologies to prospective clients and stakeholders

· Ensure compliance of offered solutions with applicable codes and regulations

· Maintain accurate sales records and customer database

· Coordinate with the Technical and Project Teams for handover and implementation

· Track project progress and client satisfaction post-sale
