Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth by hitting sales targets, conducting field work, visiting clients, and supporting the sales team in daily operations. This role requires proactive engagement with clients and coordination with the team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Hit individual and team sales targets consistently
• Conduct field sales and client visits regularly
• Respond to client/customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
• Post products online and manage product listings
• Perform cold calls to generate leads and new accounts
• Support the Operations Manager/Sales Manager in reporting sales activities and tracking KPIs
• Maintain accurate client and sales records, and coordinate with Finance/Inventory
