Sales Officer

The Territory Sales Officer is responsible for growing the business within his/her assigned territory delivering the best service there is to customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs effective selling process with integrity to ensure commercial success.
2. Identifies potential accounts and emerging opportunities within the assigned territory.
3. Prepares sales quotations, forecast and other relevant documentations.
4. Handles customer complaints and/grievances in coordination with the technical support group and other concerned personnel.
5. Monitors outstanding balances of handled customers and support Credit & Collections personnel to ensure collection efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Management or Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials and concrete particularly admixtures
