Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Address customer queries and guide them in purchasing decisions.
• Maintain detailed records of all O&M accounts, both existing and prospective.
• Monitor O&M contracts, including contract expiries and potential renewals.
• Convert Design and Build projects undergoing commissioning into O&M contracts.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, including project pipelines and forecasts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for O&M services.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities, exhibits, presentations, and roadshows.
• Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
• Conduct cold calls to attract potential customers and convert non-MPWS design/build plants to O&M contracts.
• Customize O&M proposals to fit client requirements and implement sales strategies to close accounts.
