Job Summary
The position is primarily responsible for the sale of the acquired real estate properties of the bank by obtaining the best offers possible from prospective buyers at the fastest time and acceptable returns.
Key Responsibilities
Solicit direct buyers, source buyers from brokers network.
Secure offers from direct buyers and ensure buyer's conformity if prospect is solicited through a broker.
Arrange site tripping / property inspection with prospects and brokers
Ensure complete submission of all buyer's documentary requirements
Evaluate and finalize sales proposals for management approval
