Sales Officer

Job description:

• Achieve the sales quota and goals set by management.
• Visit or call prospective and existing contractors/clients for follow-up orders.
• Prepare quotations for contractors and individuals.
• Process client bookings to ensure we meet our commitments.
• Monitor ongoing pouring schedules.
• Ensure billing and payment are processed in accordance with company policies.
• Follow up with contractors regularly to ensure satisfaction with services, investigate, and resolve any client complaints.
• Prepare weekly and monthly projections to achieve sales quotas.
• Communicate regularly with clients and conduct fieldwork to identify new prospects.

Job Qualifications:

• Preferably holding a Professional Driver's License
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is also preferred
