Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business dynamics of the channel partners, their target market, and the goals drivers of Holcim Philippines
• Creates win-win situations for all parties, with each channel together with the ability to recognize when this is not possible and the diplomacy and tact to deal with the consequential changes that would be required in the channel structure
• Forecasts sales volume, selling price, and market share based on reading on market conditions of the concerned sales area
• Sells and distributes cement to channel network to attain the desired volume and market share for the concerned sales area, based on an approved selling price
• Maintains proper account management of receivables through a sustained collection of collaterals and payments on invoices, including Customer Withholding Taxes (CWT), application of credit memos, and others
