Sales Operation (ELT)

**Job Summary:**

· Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to manipulate and analyze data for patterns and trends that indicate problems that need to be addressed or opportunities to investigate.

· Ensure effective data management and reporting on key business metrics, developing thoughtful analytics and delivery of meaningful insights required by the business.

· Investigate root causes of issues and work with internal stakeholders to address.

· Provide ad hoc analyses to understand distribution/sales rep performances and territory/market analysis.

· Perform assigned individual project tasks as well as contributes to the completion of team tasks; assists other team members in completion of high priority tasks when necessary.

· Inventory/POS database management: Collect, cleanse, and maintain POS data; monitoring key metrics, measuring KPI and sales attainment.
