Sales Operations Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and capable Sales Operations Analyst to support the growth of in the Middle East. This role is pivotal in implementing contract management best practices ensuring compliance, optimizing processes and enabling the business to meet its strategic and financial objectives.

• Oversee and track customer contracts including renewal cycles and expiration management.
• Support the sales and finance teams by maintaining billing accuracy and licensing compliance through coordination with Customer Operations.
• Manage administrative documentation including privacy statements declarations and maintaining profiles on e-procurement and vendor portals.
