Sales Operations Analyst

Role Summary: Analyst is responsible for accurate, timely, and audit-ready execution of (1) Quoted Inventory Repricing (quoted inventory price protection/inventory price protection) and (2) Field Transfer processing between distributors. This role validates distributor requests, performs required system transactions and uploads, and coordinates with internal and external partners to ensure correct inventory valuation, price bucket accuracy, and proper creation of credit/debit billing documents.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• As DRI for Quoted Inventory Repricing (Inventory Price Protection) processing:
• Validate distributor request templates for completeness and accuracy (eg., S4 tracking number, request/effective date, part number, PO and line number, original invoice, requested quantity, old vs new cost, old/new quote reference, calculated price adjustment).
