• Own CRM standards, usage discipline, data hygiene and audits; drive adoption through enablement, coaching and practical support.
• Partner across the commercial engine (Sales, Finance, Delivery, Legal/IT), gaining end-to-end visibility and influence.
• Act as the CRM SME, support onboarding, training and ongoing coaching so teams use the CRM consistently and effectively.
