Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales team with data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales analytics and business metrics, who is passionate about optimizing sales processes and performance through data.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking including churn analysis and other key business metrics.

Ensure CRM data quality through field management and configuration.

Deliver metric-driven insights to support Sales and Revenue teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve sales processes, leveraging frameworks such as MEDDPICC.

Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify trends and bottlenecks.
